Online editor and colorist, Robbie Carman, co-author of Final Cut Pro Workflows: TheIndependent Studio Handbook will discuss Final Cut Studio workflow issues as they relate to small, medium and large post-facilities. Highlights include: Understanding Final Cut Pro’s place in the ongoing change of traditional post production roles; basic storage and codec strategies; collaborative workflow tools; and analyzing real world workflow using several case studies.

I will be presenting two brief pieces, one on a DVD/Visual TC Creation Technique & an Editor’s Primer on Dealing with P2 Media. These presentations, while informative, will give attendees examples of the kinds of short presentations that we could use to share info editor-to-editor.
8:30 -9:00+ – Discussion
